That doesn't matter much, the readme file is mostly a formality as I have not gone back and taken inventory of everything I have added as of yet, I will be doing that when this patch is close to an official release, but since it is still in the alpha phase of development, and I don't have to synchronize anything, it isn't needed for me at the moment, but I have included a very rough summary of what was changed in it.
